Cetaphil
Aveeno
Bath oil
Zinc oxide (without fish oil)- great if you know you have to go somewhere the next day where you skin will be exposed i.e. a party and you're wearing a sleeveless dress - as the zinc seems to mask the redness. It is really messy though. What topic cream for psoriasis isn't messy or smells bad!!???

Baby oil
Moisturizer!!
Self tanning lotion

I currently have psoriasis all over my body stemming from an allergic reaction to Penicillin. I have psoriasis on my head, mostly guttate on my body, some plaques on my body and on my feet and hands. I find using the self tanner actually gives me a nice tan and reduces the look of the redness of my 'p' while I'm slowly getting rid of it. It definitely helps in the winter when my skin normally gets so white and my p so red!

I use dermarest and it works well on my torso but not so much on my legs. My family doctor gave me elecome and its not specifically for psoriasis but it gets rid of the ones on my face within a day or two. Hope that helps!

Cetaphil Skin Cleanser
Dove Unscented Soap
Jergens Lotion Unscented
Vaseline Unscented
I have severe psoriasis but keep myself livable with Enbrel, Soriatane and Dovobet. I have found that Cetaphil is the best cleanser for my face and then I moisturize with the Jergens unscented lotion. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Unscented has been my savior over the years. It is the most soothing and cheapest thing I have used. The dove unscented soap works well for me in the shower.

When I find my skin is really dry, I have a doak oil bath.It is tar based, the smell isn't that bad, but it sure smoothes and moisturizes the skin.,relieves itching.Ive found a lot of olive oil or dead sea products are excellent as a body wash.
