Ya I have psoriasis and I'm 15. I first noticed it about three years ago, and have had to put up with it since. The most frustrating thing about my condition is that it is also on my scalp. This is very upsetting because I get embarrassed at school because of the huge amount of dandruff I get. It is also on my face a little bit (which also sucks), my arms, legs, and even in and around my ears. Does anyone know how I could maybe make it go away for a period of time?

Being a teenager with mild psoriasis mostly on my legs and some spots on my body sucks. I just turned 20-years-old and have had it for 5 years. My main problem is that I love to party, and I've read that drinking, smoking and stress are strong triggers for flare-ups. I figure if I stop partying it will greatly help my psoriasis but then I will have a poor social life; it's a "lose-lose" situation. So this is my situation and I really hope they find a cure so I can party and wear shorts more often.

I'm 18 years old and I have had psoriasis since I was 12. I have it all over my scalp and in the winter time it will flare-up in and under my ears and my back is also blotchy. It's not fun being a teenager with this. People make fun of your flakes and say you have bad dandruff. I'm just grateful it's not all over my body anymore. It's an annoyance to hear, "What's that on you"? all the time. For myself, stress or injuries are the main factors in flare-ups.
