Books on Psoriasis

Has anyone read any books on psoriasis? Can you recommend any books that have credible information on psoriasis – in French or English? If so, please share.

Please read - Healing Psoriasis - The Natural Alternative by Dr. John Pagano. This book has been life-changing for me. After suffering with severe scalp and torso psoriasis for almost 3 decades, following Dr. Pagano's diet completely cleared up my psoriasis in 6 weeks. I continue to follow Dr. Pagano's diet and remain psoriasis free (I mean ZERO plaque anywhere) 13 months later. The diet seems a bit extreme initially, but it is basically a very healthy diet. I now am able to "cheat" a small bit without negative impact.

This is a great book. I bought it about 10 years ago and still use the regime now. Like any regime, it takes a lot of planning -but overall, it teaches you good lifestyle habits (limit alcohol, quit smoking, eat healthier). A healthy lifestyle definitely lends itself to clearer psoriatic skin!

I bought this book a few years ago and tried out the diet myself. It seemed to work initially (this might have been the placebo effect) but I found that this diet became extremely stressful to follow on a day-to-day basis. When you want your psoriasis to clear up, you do anything you can to make it happen. It became a little obsessive for me which is why I had to stop.
